The fact that Paral-lel tube station was some 15 minutes away was a plus. We ate at a good restaurant with good food and drink.

we were in a particularly good and great location relatively near a pedestrian street. had extremely spacious and perfect room with all the basics, proper working aircon plus unsecured window, and protected with smoke detectors.

In general the staff were polite and welcoming.

Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location near Metro station. Grocery store nearby, safe area with good vibes. Delicious food at the restaurant downstairs. Would come back if visiting Barcelona again.

The noise from the restaurant downstairs was quite disruptive, making it difficult to get a proper sleep.

The room was a bit on the smaller side, and there was no closet, just a bar with hangers. , the walls were quite humid, making it difficult for towels to dry.

I was in Barcelona for a week-long vacation and this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, the location was perfect with easy access to the Metro, bars, and restaurants, and the rooms were clean, comfortable. The added bonus of the hotel also having a delicious restaurant made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at Hostal Oliveta!

We really got great value for our money at this small, family-run hotel. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with a good amount of space and a folding table. The location was convenient, close to the city center and with a metro station nearby. The staff, especially Cece, were friendly, charming, and very helpful.
